Here's one of my favorite smoothie recipes for you to try!โฃ โฃ ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก๐ฒ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐ ๐จ ๐๐ข๐ง๐ž๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ž ๐†๐ซ๐ž๐ž๐ง ๐’๐ฆ๐จ๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐žโฃ 1/2 cup frozen mangoโฃ 1/2 cup frozen pineappleโฃ 1/4 cup frozen diced avocadoโฃ 1/2 cup frozen spinachโฃ 1 scoop collagen peptidesโฃ 1/8 tsp vanilla powder (or alcohol-free vanilla extract)โฃ 1 cup liquid of choice (I used 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk and 1/2 cup water)โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ‘‰ To make this Healthy Mango Pineapple Green Smoothie, simply add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
