Description
This easy Lemon Basil Marinade is made with pantry staples and is AIP, paleo and Whole30-friendly! Whip it up in under two minutes and use it to marinate chicken, seafood or vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a small mason jar, seal and give it a good shake. Because of the dried basil, it won’t all blend perfectly, but that’s OK.
Use it to marinate chicken (up to 24 hours), seafood or veggies (30 min).
Drain marinade and discard. Then cook your chicken, seafood, or veggies as usual.
