Description
This zesty Cilantro-Lime Coconut Yogurt Sauce is dairy-free, Paleo and AIP-friendly. Perfect for grilled seafood, chicken or veggies!
Ingredients
1/2 cup lightly packed cilantro leaves and tender stems
3/4 cup coconut milk yogurt (with no additives or sweeteners)
1 Tbsp fresh-squeezed lime juice (about 1/4 of a lime)
1/4 tsp honey
1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Drizzle on seafood, chicken, grilled vegetables, salads, etc.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
